Attention All Thursday Night Teams.  All games scheduled for Thursday, October 9th have been cancelled due to rain and field conditions.  Those games will be rescheduled for an upcoming Friday to be announced.  Thank you and GOD Bless. 

Attention All Teams.  The 2008 Fall schedules are now posted in the handouts section.  I will have them input into the schedules section this weekend. 

Attention All Coaches.  Starting this 2008 fall season we are instituting a new policy with regards to the payment of league fees.  We are now asking each team to pay $390 of the $600 to HCAA and the remaining $210 to be paid in cash to the umpires and scorekeepers at game time, $16 for umpires and $5 for the scorekeeper per team per game ($21 for 10 games = $210).  We still provide one new ball per game as in the past.  This is the same procedures that the City of Jacksonville has had for many years in the Metro League.  We realize that this is a big change for each team, but circumstances have forced us into this situation the same way that it did for the City of Jacksonville.  We do appreciate your patience and cooperation with this matter and if you have any questions, please feel free to call our church office for further details at (904) 724-6200.  Thank you and we look forward to another great season.

Attention All Teams.  We would like to extend our gracious Thanks to everyone that participated again this year in our ministry.  Each and every person that participated as players, coaches, fans, helpers and supporters are greatly appreciated.  May GOD bless all of us, our friends and families and our churches!  We look forward to seeing all of you again next season.

Attention All TEAMS. Steve Pritchett is the contact for anyone who wishes to practice at night. The fee is $20 for 2 hours and you can contact him by calling 239-1785.  Please try to schedule practice at least 1 day in advance.

Rain Outs will be announced on this web site. I will update any rain outs as soon as notified, so please check here first.

Attention! Softball games will not be cancelled until 7:00pm for rain outs, so please do not call us prior to that time.
Notice: Any team that forfeits 3 games in a season will not be eligible for the season tournament. Teams pay for these games so please do not forfeit any. Thank you for your cooperation.
