The Haymarket Senators Baseball Team is seeking interns for the
upcoming 2012 season assisting in all aspects of game day
operations.
All home games are played at Battlefield High School in
Haymarket, Va.
Duties
may include but are not limited to:
Assistance
w/ uniforms and distribution
Assistance
w/ "welcome cook-out“
Game
day set up
Distribution
of marketing materials
Follow
up with and initiate sponsorship opportunities
Assist
with fund raising golf tournament
Assist
with concession set up prior to opening day
Update
web site
Assist
in the radio/announcers booth
Assist
with stocking the concession stand
Represent
& travel with the team for away games
Print/update/distribute
programs
Coordinate
volunteer schedule
Work
at various spots during games as needed
Coordinate
in-game fan activities
Assist
with merchandise pickup/distribution
Assist clean up and
shut down of home games

The Haymarket Senators Baseball Team in conjunction with Blue
Ridge Baseball is holding its 3rd Annual Golf Tournament at the Dominion Valley
Country Club on Monday, June 18 in Haymarket, Virginia. The tournament begins promptly at
10:00AM.
The format will be a shotgun modified scramble with a hole-in-one
hole, closest to the pin hole, longest drive hole and longest put competitions
for some great prizes.
Dominion Valley Country Club is located just off Route 15 in
Haymarket, Virginia across from the Merchant View Square Shopping Center near Battlefield
High School. A buffet lunch will be
provided after the golf.
Registration is $135 per player or $480 per foursome.
This event is a great way to help show your support for your
local Valley League Baseball Team and meet some of the 2012 Haymarket Senator Baseball
Players and staff!
Prizes and raffles to be drawn!
