The Scrip program is once again being offered for our HAWK families for the 2009-10 Hockey season.  If you are new to Scrip you can get information at the Great Lakes Scrip Website at www.glscrip.com. 

• Registration:  When registering to participate in SCRIP you will  need the following information:
  • Organization Name:  HAWK Hockey/Walker, MI
  • Enrollment Code:  7A5E3DD14575
• Schedule:  During the summer, the Scrip order will be placed every other week.  (If the rebate amount for the entire weekly order is not large enough to cover shipping and handling charges the order will be held until enough orders have been submitted to cover the charges.  If the order is not placed, you will be contacted via email.)  Orders must be placed before noon on Sunday in order to be included in the order.
• Ordering:  Orders are to be placed on-line at www.shopwithscrip.com before noon on Sunday. 

 (If you have not ordered scrip on-line before, the website provides great directions on how to register and set up your account.)

• Payment:
  • Your order will not be processed until payment is received.  You can pay for your scrip by check (drop it into the SCRIP box at the rink or use the Presto-Pay online payment option).
    • Check:  If you are paying by check, your payment needs to placed in the Scrip box at the arena.  The scrip box will be emptied on Sunday afternoon.
    • Presto-Pay:  You can pay for your Scrip order on-line via Presto-Pay on the www.shopwithscrip.com website.   Scrip will withdraw the entire payment directly from your bank account along with a small surcharge of 39¢ per order.  (When you register for Presto-Pay it will take 2 to 3 days before the Presto-Pay option becomes active.)
• Orders Pick-up: Completed Scrip orders will be avalailable for pick-up Thursday evening at the front counter at WIFC.  You will be required to show picture ID in order to pick-up your order.
