This agenda is unique on here is agenda items to discuss and also timeline for things to get done. Please set your personal schedules accordingly:

In attendance: Michelle Pugh, Kim Horne, Mikka Cribbs, Gina Ayscue and Renee Osborne

CAR WASH - BAKE/YARD SALE July 14

Renee getting tables – please advise where these will be coming from.

GINA – Signs to hang at business advertising the Car Wash and Yard/Bake Sale.

Mikka – Getting permit from City Hall to have Yard Sale

Coaches are confirming with their parents as to who is coming and who is not. Yard/Bake sale not mandatory….car wash is for participation.

Michelle purchase poster board for signs.

CAMP (finalize details) July 19-21

Mikka – What was ordered at Winner’s Circle for camp gear; cake for camp? Paper for letters, envelopes and stamps….this needs to be brought to the Thursday meeting…letters must be in the mail by July 5th.

Kim – Placing GTM order (order must be started this week) and getting letters printed.

Michelle will stuff letters and get those in the mail.

Michelle – Finish letter and camp schedule. Meeting with coaches scheduled on July 5th to discuss AACCA rules,camp schedule and expectations of camp.

Michelle and Kim - Music must be finalized and downloaded and put on CD’s. This need to be done by July 5th….music needs to be given to Ledford Girls and coaches for choreography.

Working camp….Michelle’s daughter Alyssa has an eye dr. appt on the morning of the 19th at 8 am….need someone to help Mikka with registration until Michelle arrives. This will be somewhere around 7:30-10 am

COOKOUT:

(Renee) we need sponsorship for the meat / buns. Lorrie Kennedy (Varsity parent) has said she will help assist Renee if she needs the extra hands for this. We are shooting for a headcount of minimum of 125.

HOMECOMING:

Gina will present booklet she has been working on.

Any other items can be brought to the table…I know Kim had a few things.
