Hastings Basketball: Volunteer Requirements & Schedule
We are doing the volunteer sign up differently this year than in years past. We will be utilizing "Volunteer Spot". This is a website specifically designed to track volunteer efforts.

Boys Varsity home games
Hastings Basketball Boosters Parent Volunteer Requirement: The volunteer requirement is for each parent to work one varsity girls or varsity boys game and one shift during the respective boys/girls Spiral tournaments. The only persons exempt from the volunteer requirement are head coaches, assistant coaches, and team parent reps. If a parent is unable to volunteer, the parent can have a substitute work in his/her place. The substitute must be at least 16 years old. The parent is responsible for finding a replacement volunteer and the parent must inform the volunteer coordinator of the change.
If you are a wife/husband of a coach or assistant coach, you still MUST volunteer!!
If you volunteered for the tryouts, you do NOT need to volunteer for a varsity game. Remember EACH parent has to volunteer for a Varsity game AND a spiral tourney slot.
