HASA, Coaching - Minimum Training Recommedations
HASA is committed to raising the level of skill in our players. We want to provide the best learning and enjoyable environment possible. Having properly trained coaching is key to this commitment. The recommended minimum training level shall be

U8 - NSCAA 'State' or EPYSA Youth Module
U9-12 - NSCAA 'Regional' or USSF 'E'
U13+ - NSCAA 'Adv Regional' or USSF 'D'

The word 'coaches' refers to headcoaches not assistants.

HASA, Money - Tournament Stipends
Fall registered teams will be alloted a stipend of $250 for tournament fees. Proceeds from discount card sales will also be included in the Fall team stipend.

$250 will be alloted to Spring registered teams for tournament fees as long as the board agrees the money is available and can be fairly distributed. This money comes from the unused portion alloted to the fall teams for tournaments.

Stipend money cannot be accumulated for future use and there is no carry over of funds from Fall to Spring.


HASA, Money - Discount cards
Teams receive $100 for tournament fees when the coach/team sells 20 Discount cards.

HASA, Money - used to pay for referees
Extra money unused for tournament fees can be used to pay for a referee in an game outside the normal league games.

Extra checks normally used to pay for game season events can be used to pay for a referee in an game outside the normal league games.


HASA, Money - used for Indoor Leagues
Extra money unused for tournament fees can be used to pay for non-RBJSL indoor league fees.

HASA, Money - Coaching courses
HASA will pay for coaching courses, up to $50 per person.

HASA will not charge Hamburg teams to play in our own tournaments.

HASA, Hamburg Park Lights Policy
Oct 1st - Nov 30th,

1. Practice under the lights.
A. Coaches may use the park lights for scheduled practice but COACHES PAY FOR THE LIGHTS @ $20/hours.

2. Game under the lights.
A. HASA will pay for lighting a scheduled game; Hamburg vs Hamburg, Hamburg vs Visitor, Hamburg vs Parents.
B. A scheduled game takes priority. A scheduled practice must end before 7:00 PM. A scheduled game could start earlier if no schedule practice exists.

3. Coaches must enter their use in the log found in the light box.

HASA, Registration - 4 year olds
Children entering kindergarden may sign-up for fall soccer even if they are only 4 years old by Aug 1.

Fall Registration: $35 per player, late fee - additional $15
