PRACTICE UPDATE!!!!!

Starting October 27, practices will be held at the Hamburg Park from 6-7:30 only on Tuesdays- Last practice is November 10.

-  Please wear comfortable clothing, spikes, shin guards and bring plenty of water to practices.

-  For all games, please wear appropriate uniform (white shirt- home, red shirt- away, red game shorts, red socks, shin guards, spikes).  Bring extra game shirt along to all games in case we have to switch colors.

-  Please do not wear ANY jewelry, metal, hard head bands, beads in hair, etc. for games.  Eyeglasses are okay to wear.
