Risk Management Registration Instructions

for all Coaches

I.        Instructions

a.      Go to EPYSA web site; www.epysa.org

b.      In upper left corner of web page, select

 “Registration and Data Access" link

c.       Scroll down, and select the

“2009-10 Step 2; Risk management Application”

d.      Select the appropriate question regarding whether you are a new registrant or a returning coach, then select the continue button at page bottom.

e.      Fill out required information on this page, and select continue button at bottom.

f.        PLEASE make sure you use the drop down box and select the Hamburg Area SA, and then select your first position (i.e. coach)

g.      Select the season box and select Summer/Fall, and then select one of the following two options.

1.      Select travel team official if coaching in the U-9 or above coaching program.

2.      If you are coaching in the U-8 program, select recreational.

3.      Select continuation button at bottom.

h.      Print page and then exit.
