HASA
Complaint Resolution
If you should have a complaint or an issue that is bothering you, the first step towards addressing that concern is to approach your coach or a member of the HASA board in a calm manner to discuss the situation. In the case of issues dealing with your child's team, it is important that you first discuss the situation with the coach(s) of that team. If this initial conversation does not rectify the problem, you should again discuss the case with said coach.
In the event that your coach does not satisfy repeated attempts by yourself to address your concerns, you may present your case to the HASA board in the form of a letter, an e-mail, telephone call or you can choose to visit one of our monthly meetings to present your concerns directly to the board. Above all, it is imperative that everyone remains calm and communicates in an effective and polite manner in the resolution of any issues or problems that may arise.
