Inter-County In-house league purpose
League was created to provide the beginning lacrosse player a place to develop their game. League provides the entry level player the 'travel experience' by allowing area programs the opportunity to have their teams compete in a competitive inter-county league. Participating programs have committed not to utilize travel players. The league currently supports tykers and lightning age groups. Participating programs are as follows: Churchville, Elkton, Fallston, Havre de Grace, Jarrettsville, and Joppatowne. Inter-county midget C league info can be found in the 11-12C folder.

Referee Training - High School referee course
The Bel Air program is kindly providing all other county programs the opportunity to send their high school referees to a FREE, very thorough training course. Detailed instruction and excellent handouts are provided. The training is provided by two current NCAA officials.

League Fees and Referee Fees
NO League fees associated with the in-house tyker and lightning divisions.
Referee duties for the tykers and lightning age groups are handled by high school players. It is the responsibility of the home team to provide and pay for the officials. Number of officials per game and the rate of pay is set by each individual program.
