The Haps Boyer Central Penn Midget Baseball Tournament runs during mid-July and early August. For 55 years, under the leadership of "Mr. Baseball," Haps Boyer, the Central Penn Midget Baseball Tournament has provided young people from Central Pennsylvania with an opportunity to test their skills in an atmosphere of good sportsmanship and camaraderie.
