The Haps Boyer Central Penn Midget Baseball All-Star Tournament runs during mid-July and early August. For 58 years, 55 under the leadership of "Mr. Baseball," Haps Boyer, the Haps Boyer Central Penn Midget Baseball Tournament has provided young people from six counties in Central Pennsylvania with an opportunity to test their skills in an atmosphere of good sportsmanship and camaraderie.
