Hampton Youth Association is a voluntary organization which provides recreational athletic programs for the youth of the community. Each child will have equal opportunity to participate regardless of ability. Parental involvement is stressed.

HYA 2014-2015 Basketball Registration is now open

HYA Basketball registration is open for the upcoming 2014-2015 season. Registration is available for 1st through 8th graders.

Please register online at (HYA's new website) and click on the registration link from the main page or from the basketball page. Registration deadline is October 13th. 3rd-8th graders will be participating in a skills night in mid-October. Details are on the website. K2 Lacrosse is an introduction to lacrosse program for boys and girls in grades k,1,& 2. The boys and girls do play at different times. The game and equipment are different. We play on Saturday afternoons only starting the first week of May.  We conclude with an Awesome Lacrosse Festival the 2nd week in June.

HYA 2014 Softball Signups

The Hampton Youth Association is now accepting registrations for the 2014 softball season.  The program provides leagues for children in grades 1-8 from Hampton and the Seacoast area. HYA Softball will once again be joining forces with Exeter Softball for the upcoming season.  Games at all grade levels will be played in Hampton and Exeter. This is NOT affiliated with the schools at all.

Registration will be held at the Lane Memorial Library (downstairs) in Hampton on the following dates/times: Wednesday, Feb 19th 6:00-7:45 pm Saturday, Feb 22cnd 12:00-1:30 pm Interested players can register in person at one of the registration days or by downloading the form here and mailing to Stephanie Griffin, 41 Hemlock Haven, Hampton, NH 03842.

All players in grades 3-8 must attend one ratings clinic. There will be ONE Ratings Clinic date this year and it will be listed on the registration forms.2014 softball fees will be $75.00 per player, with a family maximum fee of $150.00.  Fees will include a shirt and visor for all players, league insurance, field maintenance, and equipment.  We may have some fundraiser ideas in the near future.

There will be a $15/per player or $25/per family maximum late fee assessed after the March 4th registration deadline!

HYA k-2 Introduction to Lacrosse

Sign Ups:  Tuesday, March 5 & Thursday, March 7th   6:00-7:30 at the Lane Library in Hampton. 

K-2 Lacrosse is a 6 week program that begins in May and runs on Saturday afternoons in Hampton.  There is a girls and a boys program.  Please visit for more info on K2 Lacrosse.  K2 Lacrosse is available to kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade players.  (eligibility based on grade level, not age).
