Fall 2007 Soccer Registration
Registration for the Fall 2007 season will be held on Monday, May 21 and Tuesday,May 29 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Hampton High School cafeteria.
If Hampton schools are closed on either of these days, registration on that day will be cancelled.
The Fall 2007 season is tentatively scheduled to begin on Saturday, September 8.
All players will receive a call from their coach before the start of the season. To leave a message with the age group commissioners, dial (412) 487-8707 and then the appropriate mailbox extension number. Questions may also be sent to hamptonsoccer@gmail.com. Parents interested in making Hampton Soccer Club a better organization are encouraged to volunteer.

Reminders

A few reminders for coaches (and parents):
1. Make sure that all of the metal goals are anchored for both practices and games;
2. Don't let the players hang on the goals - they particularly like the plastic ones which will break and are costly to replace. The bigger kids like to hang from the metal goals - this creates a danger of serious injury. Coaches and parents, PLEASE take care of our equipment and protect it against abuse!
Disclosure Form
All coaches and assistant coaches must file a Disclosure Statement each year. The form can be downloaded using the Handout link below. Please return your statement according to the instructions on the form before your team's first meeting (practice or game) of the season

Parents and Coaches Pledges
Hampton Soccer Club requires that all coaches sign and abide by the Coaches Pledge (see Handout below). Parents are requested to read and comply with the Parents Pledge (Handout below)

U-6 Age Group
The U-6 teams play on Saturdays from 10-11AM, divided into a 1/2 hour practice and a 1/2 hour game. There are no practices during the week. The fall season runs from early September to late October, the spring season from early April to early June (no games on Memorial Day weekend). The games are played at the main soccer complex below the new community center. The U-6 games are normally 4v4 with no goalie. For U-6, players can register up to the beginning of the season. We strive to have all coaches contact their players at least one week before the first game of the season. Please direct your questions to the U-6 Age Group Commissioner
U-8 Age Group
The U-8 teams play their games on Saturdays from 11:30-12:30 (boys) or from 12:30-1:30 (girls). There is one team practice each week on an evening decided upon by the individual team coach. Additional skills practices are also scheduled every other week for the entire age group on a particular evening (details t.b.a.). The fall season runs from early September to late October, the spring season from early April to early June (no games on Memorial Day weekend). The games are played at the main soccer complex below the new community center and practices are either at the main soccer complex or at the Four Seasons Banquet Center on Hardt Road. We strive to have all coaches contact their players at least one week before the first game of the season. Game Cards -- Travel Leagues
Blank line-up cards for travel league games (U-12 and older) can now be downloaded via the Handout link below. Type in your roster once for the entire season, no more need for photocopying or writing each player's name 16x by hand! You can type in the game info each week, print the single page, and cut out the two copies. Add the jersey numbers once you have your team together on the field
