Monday, June 15 2009 U8 Boys - 2nd place in U9 Division The Hamilton Sparta U8 boys were runners up at the Erie "Admiral’s Flagship Tournament" June 6 -7. The team play up in the under 9 boys division. Keep up the good work team, job well done.

Sparta U13 Boys 2008 Tournament Champions The Hamilton Sparta 2008 U13 Boys won the Collingwood Tournament with no losses and no goals scored against. The team will be defend the Title in June 2009. The team was also in the 2008 semi-final of the West Niagara tournament in Rose tournament in Welland loosing out in the finals for both. Great Job players and staff - Club Executive

Congratulations to the U10 girls team for winning the Guelph soccer club indoor Tournament on March Break. The the girls defeated Waterloo United 9-0 to take home the Championship. Great effort from players and coaching staff.

U17 Boys in Philadelphia
The under 17 boys had a great weekend in Philadelphia at the 2002 North American Soccer Championships. This tournament is held annually in different cities throughout the United States. The tournament ran from Jan 18 - Jan 20. After the 3 game round robin all teams were placed according to there goals for and against average. The tournament was enjoyed by everyone the parents, fans, players and coaching staff all are looking forward to next years tournament in Kansas City. The team wishes to thank the parents and fans for there support throughout the week. Special thanks to our Wills Bus driver John Matiazzi for his enthusiastic support of the team during tournament play and his knowledgeable tour of New York city. The players had the opportunity to see Macey's, Madison Sqare Gardens, Radio City and John Lennon's home. Congratulations U17 Boys Hamilton Sparta under 17 boys have won the John Henderson Memorial Tournament in London competing in the under 19 age group. The boys defeated Peterborough 4-0; Caledon 8-0; Southend Storm 3-2 in Round Robin play. In the championship Sparta defeated Caledon again with a score of 6 - 0. Great Effort Boys!
