1) Turn in your lineups at least 15 minutes before the game

2) Be ready to move in immediately following the previous game
(we don't need to be rounding up teams for games)


5:30 Game(this game will start on time whether you are ready or not!)
	
	Prior to 5:30 game(needs to be done at 5:00)
	a) Away team - Prepare field for play including: rake, line field
	b) Home team - Get pitching machine from fieldhouse and setup
	
	After game
	a) Both teams clean up and clear out of dugouts asap, manager sign official book
	b) Away team - Rake field out for next game
	c) Home team - Pick up trash around entire area and dump trash bins in dumpster

6:30 Game - Get your teams ready to play quickly

	After game
	a) Both teams clean up and clear out of dugouts asap, manager sign official book
	b) Away team - Rake field out for next game
	c) Home team - Pick up trash around entire area and dump trash bins in dumpster

7:30 Game - Get your teams ready to play quickly

	Prior to 7:30 game
	a) Away team - line field again if needed

	After game
	a) Both teams clean up and clear out of dugouts asap, manager sign official book
	b) Away team - Rake field out, Put pitching machine back in fieldhouse
	c) Home team - Pick up trash around entire area and dump trash bins in dumpster	

Let your parents know we are a community volunteer league and we need their help.
Get your parents and even players involved with picking up trash.
They will appreciate our league more if they are helping us run it and are involved.
When you take ownership of something you take better care of it...
