Spring 2010 signups are being taken through January 30, 2009 at the City of Goodyear Recreation Office (Monday-Friday; 8:30AM-12PM; 1PM-5PM). Early Bird registration provides $10 off each registration and runs from 12/1-12/11/09. Saturday registrations will be held on 1/23/09 and 1/30/10, with 1/30/10, being our final Saturday opportunity to sign up at remote locations. Check back after 1/5/09 for exact times and locations for our Saturday registration locations. Goodyear Little League signups are only available to Goodyear city residents. Please remember with your registrations (copies of each are required to be attached to registrations): 1) Copy of parent's drivers' license brought with you to attach with registration 2) Three proofs of residency and copies of each brought with you to attach with registration (three proofs cannot be three utility bills, which Little League International counts as one proof of residency. A good example is the parent's drivers license, a utility bill, and a vehicle registration. Note: all addresses must match to be counted as official proof of residency) 3) Original birth certificate for verification (which will be returned immediately) and a copy to attach with registration.
