Mission Statement
To provide every wrestler with the opportunity to grow as an athlete and as a person both physically and mentally by providing a positive and safe environment from which the athlete can be exposed to technical, physical, and mental experience. This will allow the wrestler to be prepared to compete at the high school level and beyond.


Team Philosophy
To be prepared to compete and be successful (as a team) against any level of competition by implementing basic technique, developing a strong work ethic, and making an individual commitment to work hard and sacrifice for the good of the team.


Goals
1. To allow every wrestler to play a role in the development of the team
2. Implement basic technique, provide intense workouts, and develop good work ethic on a daily basis.
3. Team first attitude – have the full commitment from every wrestler to develop the team
4. Develop a positive team reputation based on three principles:
   a. Who you are physically
   b. What you do – accolades
   c. What you believe – values and beliefs
5. Out condition opponents
