Greenwich Village Little League: Registration Information
The Greenwich Village Little League (GVLL) is an all volunteer non-profit organization serving the area from 59th Street to Canal and from Broadway/Bowery to West Street.
We are active with baseball and softball play and instruction all year round serving girls and boys age 5 to 17.
Our main event is the Spring season from April to June. Registration opens in early December and closes at the end of February or when each group is filled. Prices vary and there are no refunds once the fee is paid.
We offer Summer Ball teams from mid-July to mid-August for 6 weeks and 12 games. Games are played during the week, typically Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30-8:30 pm. Space is limited and for ages 9-17. Registration opens at the end of June.
Fall Ball runs from September to November with games on Saturday and/or Sunday. Space is limited and for ages 9-17. Registration opens on or about September 1.
Winter Ball is indoors with instructions at the Pier 40, P3 (Pier Park & Playground Association @ www.pier40.org) facility from December to March and is open to past GVLL players.
P3 is an independent company that provide instruction and camps year round. The Greenwich Village Little League is not a program of the State or City of New York, or the New York City Parks and Recreation, although we use their facilities and fields and are greatly appreciative.
