Welcome. GVAA Soccer provides an organized, instructional and recreational setting for the enjoyment of youth soccer for male and female players ages 5 to 19. There are in-house leagues for players under the age of 8 and traveling leagues (in the Frederick County Youth Soccer League) for players over the age of 8. Players in the U-12 and U-14 age groups have the option of trying out for more competitive teams (Division 1)in the league. Have fun. Play soccer.

GVAA Soccer & GVYS are now accepting registrations for the fall season! Please check your mail if you've previously played or download a blank form under the handouts section. Blank forms are available at Glade Valley Allsports and the Walkersville Library. Thanks!

WHS Stadium Renovations
Most of us have dreams of success for our young athletes. We envision them learning the basic rules and enjoyment of their sport at GVAA and eventually playing successfully at the high school level. The Walkersville High School Renovation Fund Committee also has these dreams for our future athletes.
Walkersville High School opened the gates to a new stadium in 1976. That stadium has served us well for thirty years. For our future athletes (your children), we dream of improved facilities! Better bleachers, a team house, a better entry way, and a new playing surface are part of that dream. We now want to make that dream a reality.
Over the next six months we will be having several fundraising actitivies to begin raising the 1.5 million dollars needed to make this dream a reality. Our first effort is a raffle which will raise an estimated $40,000. Please support us in this effort.

GVAA Uniforms
GVAA was forced to update our uniform. Being that we are dependant on what styles the manufacturers offer, every 3 years styles usually change. You can see an image of the new style at the link above (in royal and white, not red & white shown). The existing Adidas uniforms may still be worn.
