GVAAS By-Laws

These are the rules and regulations of our parent organization. The rules govern conduct at sporting events and other important information.

Use this form to place a uniform order with Glade Valley All Sports. Only Age Group Coordinators can place a uniform order so place the order for the entire age group (example U-12 obys or U-10 girls) on one sheet. Uniforms will be delivered in batch to the age group coordinators who will then distribute them to coaches.

Each team should have all parents sign this waiver in the unlikely event that your team is playing at a Frederick County Park and is asked to produce the waiver. We have not had this happen but it is a possibility. This is a two page handout so make sure you get each page.

Adult form

This Standard Operating Procedure describes the registration process to be followed for GVAA Soccer. An attachment to this SOP describes a procedure for initially setting the number of teams to be submitted to the county for each age group.
