Safety is our paramount concern
* Please make sure that you arrange in advance who is driving and picking up your player to and from practice and games. Make sure you have a contingency plan in effect in the event that a sudden rain storm arises.

* Please make sure that your player is dressed appropriately for the weather. Make sure you account for the wind.

* Make sure your player has proper refreshment to bring with them to games and practices. We don't want them dehydrated.

* Be sure that your player brings and utilizes proper safety equipment. We are much in favor of players wearing fitted mouth guards. They are less than $1.50 and available at any sporting goods store including Glade Valley All Sports in Walkersville. These can prevent some serious injuries.

* Be involved. Coaches appeciate the additional help and the extra set of eyes in watching over a team to prevent injuries. Don't hesitate to ask what you can do to help your team.
