Georgetown Pop Warner: Tackle Football

Registration is primarily be done on-line each year. We will have walk-up registration at Orientation as well. Orientation will be from 11:00 - 2:00 am on Saturday July, 11th at the San Gabriel Recreation Center. Registration fees for tackle is $160.00 on-line until 3/31/2009, $175 on-line until 7/11/2009, after 7/11/2009 on-line and walk up registration is $235.00. Pants, shoulder pads,, and a Game Jersey with their name printed on the back that the player gets to keep, are all included in the Fee.
Scholarships:
Scholarships are available. An application must be filled out and submitted to the GTPW board for approval.
Orientation:
Orientation will be 11:00 - 2:00 am on Saturday July, 11th at the Georgetown Recreation Center. You will need to turn in all forms at at this time in order to receive your equipment.

Copy of Birth Certificate
2 copies of grades from spring of '09
A signed copy of child's physical(See Forms & Handouts)
A signed copy of "2009 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form" (See Forms and Handouts)
2009 versions of the Physical and Registration (Participant Contract and Parental Consent) form will are in the "Handouts/Forms" section.
Equipment Supplied:
2008 Schutt DNA Recruit air helmets, Shoulder Pads, Game Jersey, and Game Pants. Child will need to purchase a set of pads for pants.
First day of practice is Monday, August 3rd.

TINY-MITE: Age 5-6-7; 35-75 lbs (No older/lighter)
MITEY-MITE: Age 7-8-9; 45-90 lbs (No older/lighters)
JUNIOR PEEWEE: Ages 8-9-10; 60-105 lbs (older/lighter 11* 60-85 lbs)
PEEWEE: Ages 9-10-11; 75-120lbs (older/lighter 12* 75-100 lbs)
JUNIOR MIDGET: Ages 10-11-12; 85-135 lbs (older/lighter 13* 85-115 lbs)
