Mail in Registration

You may mail your registration form and payment to Gloucester Township Field Hockey, P.O. Box 104, Blackwood, NJ 08012.

THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS JUNE 15, 2007.

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THIS DATE.

A mandatory parents meeting will be held on the following dates, you must attend one of these meetings:

Tuesday 5/29/07 from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM in the Court Room

Thursday 6/14/07 from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the Court Room

Thursday 6/21/07 from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the Court Room

Field Hockey equipment will be available for purchasing at the end of the parents meeting.

We are always looking for volunteers. If you would like to volunteer see any board member during registration or a parent meeting.

Fundraiser:

Option 1:  Candy Sale – Each player is asked to sell one box of candy (52 bars per box).  The candy   will be $52 per box, and payment is expected upon receipt of your box. 

Option 2:  Candy Sale Buyout – A $26 buyout fee for each player as an alternative to purchasing the candy will be included with the registration fee.

Clinics:

Clinics will begin July, team practice will begin in August and games will begin September 8, 2007. Games will be played Saturdays and Sundays at Highland Regional High School and Timber Creek High School.

Sponsorship:

We are looking for business sponsors. Sponsorship is $250 and includes the business name on the back of a team’s jerseys and a team plaque at the end of the season.
