2011 Fall Field Hockey Registration You may mail your registration form (located on our handouts page) and payment to Gloucester Township Field Hockey - 21 Red Bank Drive, Erial, NJ 08081.
THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS JUNE 15, 2011. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE CHARGED A $15 LATE FEE.REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JULY 15, 2011 MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER JUNE 15, 2011.
We are always looking for volunteers. If you would like to volunteer please email us or see any board member during the parent meeting.
A parent/player meeting will be held at the Gloucester Twp Court Room on June 20, 2011 from 6:30-7:30. Late registrations will be accepted AT THE END of this meeting, please keep in mind if you register at the meeting you will be charged a late fee.
Format – Divisions are determined by grade and are broken down below.
Minor Division – Third and Fourth Graders (A strong Second Grader will be considered)
Junior Division – Fifth and Sixth Graders (A strong Fourth Grader may be moved up)
Senior Division – Seventh and Eighth Graders (A strong Sixth Grader may be moved up)
* No player will be allowed to move down a division.
Clinics/Practice/Games:Clinics will begin approximately July 25, 2011 and team practice will begin in August. Games will begin approximately September 10, 2011. Games will be played Saturdays and Sundays at local fields in Camden and Burlington County. Field locations and directions can be found on the locations page of our website.
Sponsorship:We are looking for business sponsors. Sponsorship is $250 and includes the business name on the back of a team’s jerseys and a team plaque at the end of the season. Email us at GTFH@comcast.net for the form.
