2016 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

The registration form is attached as a Handout at the bottom of this message. 
 
 THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS JUNE 30, 2016.
REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE CHARGED A $15 LATE FEE.
REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JULY 15, 2015 MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A LATE FEE OF $25.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER JUNE 30, 2015.
 
 
Late registrations may be accepted during clinics, but team placement is not guaranteed for registrations received at that time. Please keep in mind if you register at the meeting you will be charged a late fee of $25.
 
New for 2016: We will be moving to a reusable uniform. There will be a $25 discount in future years when you do not have to purchase a new uniform.
 
Tentative Format – Divisions are determined by grade and are broken down below.
Bitty Badgers – Third and Fourth Graders (A strong Second Grader will be considered)
Badgers – Fifth and Sixth Graders (A strong Fourth Grader may be moved up)
Honey Badgers – Seventh and Eighth Graders (A strong Sixth Grader may be moved up)
* No player will be allowed to move down a division.
 
Clinics/Practice/Games: Clinics will begin approximately the week of August 1, 2016 and team practice will begin in mid-August.
Clinics are open to all registered players and are included in the registration fee.
 
For those new to the sport who would like to attend the clinics prior to registering, there will be a $25 non-refundable fee to attend.
It is recommended that you register for the clinics during the open registration period.
If you decide to register after the clinics, the late registration fee will be charged, with the $25 clinic fee credited towards the registration fee.
Clinic registrations received at the start of the clinics in August will not be guaranteed team placement.
 
Games will begin approximately September 3, 2016. Games will be played Saturdays and Sundays at local fields in Camden, Gloucester and Burlington County. Field locations and directions can be found on the locations page of our website.
 
A parent meeting will be held during a clinic August, information will be posted on our website when finalized. 
 
 We are always looking for volunteers. If you would like to volunteer please email (gtfh@comcast.net) us or see any board member during the parent meeting.

 
***All players will need to have shin guards, mouth guard (must be a color, not clear), cleats/turf shoes, and a stick.  We will have a few sticks available for those who are trying the clinics, or for those who are not sure about what stick to purchase.  All players will be required to have their own stick by the start of team practices.***
