PROBLEMS & CONCERNS:
Per Vic Cross:
Your comment, suggestion, and even complaint about a coach, or player, or referee, or even facilities, may help provide a better soccer experience for the players, which is what we strive for.
Communication is the key, so talk to the coach involved, then to the league representative if still needed.
For referees, they do the best they can, and can never see everything all at once. Applying the advantage rule is on in timing, and very tricky even for seasoned (ancient) referees.
Also you can always leave me, Vic Cross, an email and I will bring your message to the Board or to the Referee association. Just click my name at the bottom of the Website legend for my email address.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation !
