Columbus Day Tournament
Congratulations to our Royals Squirt team for winning this past weekends Columbus Day Jamboree at Chilled Ponds. After there first loss of the year, to start the tournament off Friday night, our Royals came storming back & won 3 straight to get to the championship game. The Raleigh Raider who had given them there first lost got quite a surprise when the Royals defeated them in the Championship Game by a score of 2 to 1. It was a late 3rd period goal with 58 seconds left in the game that brought our boys home the champs. Al of the games were 1 point games except one, which made the tournament very exciting.
