ATTACHED BELOW ARE THE "REVISED CONFERENCE MEET ASSIGNMENTS. THE CURRENT ASSIGNMENT SHEET IS DATED 01-30-12 IN THE LOWER LEFT HAND CORNER.SWIMMERS ONLY SWIM IN ONE CONFERENCE MEET. LOOK FOR YOUR NAME ON THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. SWIMMERS 13 & 14 WON'T FIND YOUR NAME ON ANY OF THESE DOCUMENTS. THAT'S BECAUSE ALL 13 & 14 SWIMMERS "DO NOT" NEED A QUALIFYING TIME AND WILL SWIM IN THE MEET ON FRIDAY 02-10-12 AT ROCKFORD H.S.

Hello Gator Families!
I hope you and your family have had a wonderful past couple of months!
I want to welcome you to the 2011-2012 winter season.
Our first practice begins Tuesday October 18th, 2011.
Practices will be held as follows:
10 & under swimmers: Mondays 5pm-6pm , Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm-7pm, and Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm.
11-14 yr old swimmers: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30pm-8pm, and Wednesdays 7pm-8:30pm

The cost of Gators is $120.00 per swimmer per session. The entire fee does not have to be paid up front,but for liability reasons, we ask for a minimum of $60.00 per child to start. We offer a convenient payment plan for those who can't afford to pay in full. Payment is non-refundable,and no refunds are given after a swimmer has practiced with the team.

If your financial situation is exceptionally tough, just let us know and we can work something out. Our goal is to offer an outstanding youth swimming program to anyone interested in participating.
Just a reminder that the Conference Meet and all dual meets are mandatory. If for some unforseeable reason your swimmer(s) isn't/aren't able to attend, please notify Tom Heyboer or Jen L. at least one week before the meet.
