BRING: First time players (even those who signed up on-line), MUST BRING ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES & TWO PROOFS OF RESIDENCY TO SIGNUPS. Photocopies, hospital or baptismal certificate are not valid. If you need to obtain an original birth certificate, these sites can assist you: State of Oregon or VitalCheck. If you played for GLL last year and provided this information, it is not required unless you have moved; then we will need verification of the new address. Remember if your child makes an All Star team, you will be required to provide an original birth certificate and three proofs of residency prior to playing on the team.
