We often receive requests to conduct pitching lessons from pitchers who do not live in the St. Louis area and have had pitchers visit us from Montana, Iowa, Texas, Utah and other states while they were in town for a tournament or visiting relatives.
Select/travel ball, high school and college pitchers can have a personalized one-on-one private pitching evaluation and instructional lesson, conducted by longtime St. Louis Area Pitching Instructor, Jim Greiner.
The session will include a comprehensive look at
each of your pitches:

trunk, hip, and shoulder rotation

stride speed, length, and landing

pitch release
-
ball rotation direction
-
ball spin speed
-
pitch placement
-
injury prevention measures
-
an overall evaluation of pitching mechanics and a prescription for drills to help correct and improve any problems found
Special emphasis will be given to increasing speed of your fastball, and maximizing the effectiveness of each of your breaking pitches.
Experienced pitchers from out-of-state can request additional days for follow-up instruction while they are in the St. Louis area.
