Greenville Gators make it "Back To Back" winning yet another AAU National Championship, the 2004 12u AAU Division 1 National Championship in Burnsville / Lakeville MN to extend their win streak in National Championship play to 18 & 0.
Just as in the 2003 AAU Nationals, the 2004 AAU National Tournament was just as tough. The teams at the tournament came ready to play. Thanks to all the hard work each of the players did on their own time which included "One on One" training at The Strike Zone in Greer SC in addition to our practices put us in the position for success. Regardless of the situation, our players never gave up and fought tough till the end. We hit the ball well all week, and teamed with some great pitching and defense we were somehow aways able to find a way to win.
I think our players willingness to make the necessary sacrifices through out the week, and their determination to win another National Title gave them the strength to do just that.
I can't say enought about how much I appreciate the support of each of the players parents and our many sponsors. Without these guys, none of this would have been made possible.
I would also like to say thanks to the tournament director, his assistants and umpires as well as all the teams, coaches and parents. We had a great trip, played some of the best competition in the country and built some great relationships in the process.

2005 AAU Schedule
AAU on the move in the Upstate with lots of new AAU tournaments in Greer, Simpsonville and Anderson. Heritage Park in Simpsonville SC is the latest park to open. If you haven't played there, those tournaments are a must. The park is beautiful with plenty to do for all your family. A big Restaurant, Picnic Areas, Warm Up Areas, Batting Cages, and plenty of room to just relax.

Gators Ranked #1 USA Sports Rankings
Greenville Gators finished the 2004 season with a bang. With a record of 84 & 12, the 2004 12u AAU Division 1 National Championship, and the #1 ranking in USA Sports Rankings, what else could you ask for. What a great season.

After winning the 2003 AAU National Championship in Orlando Fl, one would think the Gators would be satisfied. Winners never quit, they continually strive to become the best. Gators are already back in one on one lessons at the Strike Zones 25,000 square foot indoor training facility. To have the ability to work with top instructors whom have either played or coached at the professional or collegiate level in unheard of in this area, the Gators take full advantage and learn all they can.
