REGISTER NOW FOR FALL 2012 SOCCER!

If you are new to our program please feel free to call or email if you have any questions not answered on the web site. Please spend a few minutes looking through the site as we've tried to answer all frequently asked questions.

THANKS AGAIN AND WELCOME TO THE LARGEST AND MOST FUN SOCCER CLUB IN THE GREATER LAUREL AREA ! 

  We play 8 games with games mostly on Saturdays, but some games may be played on Sunday afternoons or on a weeknight.

Our fees include your uniform.  We do not supply shorts, but you can wear any standard athletic shorts or pants you most likely already have.  The only other items you will need to purchase are soccer cleats, shin pads, soccer ball and water bottle.  Please see the 'What Equipment Do I Need' tab for more specific information.

Coaches and Coordinators

Many people do not realize that GLUSC is an ALL volunteer organization.  The coaches that you see every week at games and practices and the coordinators who organize the leagues and distribute the equipment, uniforms and awards are giving us their valuable time to make this organization a success.  Make someone smile - thank a coach!  If you are interested in helping GLUSC make kids lives richer in any way please contact me, Steven Haversack, for more information.

FALL SOCCER

Greater Laurel United Soccer Club 

Ages 3-18

**We are the area’s Largest and Most Fun Recreational Soccer Program**

You do NOT need to live in Laurel to participate.

Close to 475 boys and girls played with us in the Spring of 2012.  We are projecting over 500 players for our Fall 2012 season.  

We are Laurel's only Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) affiliated recreational soccer program.

Players are guaranteed 50% of game play time. 

Single Gender Leagues

Teams are established based on gender and the school attended.

Other factors in team placement include date of registration, last season's team, and any special requests made by the parents.

Not all team requests are guaranteed. 

Our registration fees are less than or equal to any other quality soccer program in the area including the Elkridge Youth Organization, Soccer Association of Columbia and the Savage Boys and Girls Club. 

Tryouts are not required.

Players will be contacted by late August for Fall play.

Coaches select the time, location and frequency of practice.

Generally, teams practice at least once and sometimes twice per week.

Games are generally Saturday with occasional Sunday and evening games during the week.

Practices and games on Greater Laurel Area Fields including Cross Creek Community Park, Contee Road Park, Vansville Park and Supplee Park.
