Coach Kehoe has been coaching and participating in the sport of cross country / track and field since her high school days at Tokay High in Lodi, California. She has been coaching for over 25 years.  Her first experience with coaching was during her college internship, in which she coached the Tokay High cross country team with her high school coach. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, she took the position as assistant cross country and track coach at Salem State College in Salem, MA. She coached at Salem for five years then became the head coach for cross country at Regis College in MA. While at Regis College, Carla started the indoor and outdoor track program and became the director of fitness and summer camps programs.  After five years Carla moved back to her native California and took the position as assistant coach working with the horizontal jumps.  Five years later she took over the head coaching position.  At the conclusion of the 2008 season coach Kehoe stepped down as the head coach and currently will coach the distance events in the 2010 season.

Carla is also an active member of Golden West Athletics club and participates in cross country, track and road racing.  As a masters athlete Carla has participated at the National level in both cross country and track.  She won the Davis Mile in her age group in 2006 & 07.  Carla is married to John and they have two sons Jack and Nick.
