Our league has about 400 kids that come from the cities of Grand Terrace, Cooley Ranch, and Reche Canyon.
MISSION STATEMENT Grand Terrace Little League is a league dedicated to the love of the game and fun. Baseball and softball programs are provided for players of varying age levels and abilities to ensure a fair, positive and enriching experience. The purpose of the Association is to provide training and instruction in the fundamental skills of the game, teamwork and good sportsmanship. Players are encouraged to respect teammates and opponents, and to develop a sense of self-esteem. Participation by the community of league officials, coaches and parents is vital to the success of the Association.

Grand Terrace Little League 2012 Elections
Hello Fellow Volunteers, Parents, Newly Elected Board Members.
The 2011 Little League Season is all but behind us. Now we must all prepare for the 2012 Little League Season. Although most who have children playing in any Little League program are not aware of all the volunteer time that is given by many volunteers, who work hard to provide a safe environment for their children to play and interact with others their age, for those that do step forward and give up unselfishly their volunteer time for all those who participate in the Grand Terrace Little League Program, I congratulate, and say Thank You.
As the District Administrator for California District 21, Little League Baseball / Softball I would like to take this time to announce the Newly Elected Board Members for 2012 for the Grand Terrace Little League. These members who were elected by you the membership of G.T.L.L., with an overwhelming turnout, will meet with in the coming weeks, and from with in these board members who you have put your trust in, to oversee, and continue to make Grand Terrace Little League one of the finest programs in the area, will elect its League Officers. Time, and time again, their efforts will be challenged. I am positive that they will perform their duties that are described in the leagues constitution, and will make any and every decision based on common sense, integrity, and most of all to stay in line with all of the Rules and Regulations and Policies that are a vital part of our program, that which is Little League Baseball / Softball. You may have notice a new little league saying, which when you see it looks like this, LITTLE LEAGUE RULES, FOR A REASON. There are many reasons why, the only reason we really need to know is that in Little League, we put the children's welfare first. I know that in 2012, this is what the Board Members will try to instill in every new member of the league from grounds keeper to team mom, managers, coaches, and to the parents. That although we sometimes feel that no one is paying attention, believe me, we all are. I ask, and challenge every member of the G.T.L.L., to make a special effort, and if possible give some of your free time to your league, so that each child who participates, will enjoy, and learn the game of baseball/softball with all of your efforts that you contribute, but most of all, make it FUN.
Below are the names of the newly elected board members that you the membership has elected. As District Administrator, I was present at the elections, and I myself counted each ballot, and gave those names who were elected to members of the league.

Grand Terrace Little League 2011-2012 Board of Directors Elections
Date: October 26, 2011
Time: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Place: Grand Terrace Lions Community Center-Room 3
Nominations were made at the end of the regualr season. Nominees that were confirmed will be placed on ballot. Write-In canidates are welcome. All nominees must be in good standing with GTLL at the conclusion of the regular season. Only those who are part of the GTLL membership will be allowed to vote. Ballots will be counted immediately following voting. Results will be posted as soon as they are available.
