Cole Awards Night

The Cole Division will take part in an Awards Night on Tuesday June 12 at Nelson Park.  From 6:00 - 7:15, the 2^nd grade girls will play a “Graduation Game” under the Junior Division rules.  During this time, the younger girls will participate in softball related activities.  Beginning at 7:15, the participation awards will be given to each Cole player.

Players should be at Nelson at 5:30.  This will allow us to organize the girls into teams, go over rules and start the activities promptly at 6.

The girls should wear their uniform shirts.  Traditionally the players sign each other’s shirt at Awards day.  All players should turn in their uniform pants at Awards Night.

As a reminder, coaches in all divisions should turn in their equipment bag at the Awards event.

Junior Awards Night

To recognize the girls for their efforts this year, GGSA will be hosting an Awards Night for the Junior Division on Tuesday, June 12 at 6pm at Nelson Park.  The Junior players should gather by the large tent.

The girls should wear their uniform shirts.  Traditionally the players sign each other’s shirt at Awards Night.  As a reminder, coaches should turn in their equipment bag at the Awards event and players should return their uniform pants.

Gemme Double-Header & Awards Event

On Monday, June 11 each of the 5 Gemme teams will play a double-header at Nelson (teams from Millbury will be participating too).  The first game will start at 5:30 and the second game will start at 6:45.  Games will run for 75 minutes. 

At the conclusion of the games, the Gemme players will receive their participation awards.
