12U-Kennedy Wins PC Pride Summer Classic
The Ann Arbor Gold 12U-Kennedy team competed in the 6th Annual P.C. Pride Summer Classic this past weekend, June 15-17 in Plymouth. We finished the tournement with a 6-0 record securing a first place finish and a berth in the USSSA World Series.

The team went 4-0 in pool play to secure a number 1 seed in bracket play. Our 4th pool play game and our semi finals game was against a tough Windsor Lady Expo's team. They have great pitching and are a quality team. In the finals we played another quality team in the Michigan Outlaws Black team. This was a well played game by both teams with good pitching and timely hitting by our team and some fantastic defensive plays turned in by the Outlaws.

Our season record now stands at 26 wins, 3 losses, and 1 tie.
