Gold 16u Coach Andrea Martin Closes out College Career
Congratulations to U16 Gold coach (and past Gold player) Andrea Martin who played secondbase for Northwood University and was named to the second team all GLIAC team in 2012. The infield combo including Martin at second led the nation (regardless of divison) in double plays with 34 and finished number 18 in fielding percentage. In 2011, Andrea was named first team all GLIAC. In addition U18 Gold player Maddison Sebald, a freshman at Northwood University, was named honorable mention by the GLIAC. Sebald finsihed her freshman year with a 8-8 record and led the GLIAC in saves with 4.

18U Kennedy - NSA "Winter Blizzard" Champions
The 18U Kennedy team traveled to Fort Wayne this past weekend and played in the NSA "Winter Blizzard" tournament. They won the tournament with a record of 5-1 and received an automatic berth with a $100 discount to the NSA World Series in North Carolina this coming July.
