							<P><SPAN style="font-family: arial">An important change has taken effect for the 2007 season. The PINTO league will be allowed to bring their <STRONG>WHOLE TEAM</STRONG> for the season. The rule change was voted on and approved by the IBBA Board of Directors.  Current teams will remain with their returning players. Age equalization will be enforced for all teams unless a returning team has more than 8 players of age 8.<BR>For teams bringing a whole roster there will be a limit of 8 older players of the age group allowed on the team roster. No players shall be recruited from existing teams. All players registered will be placed on a team if not frozen. Contact the Pinto League director for further details or questions.</SPAN></P>
