There's a lot to say about our little spark plug! We gave him that name last year because he stepped in for us when we were down players. He was playing t-ball at the time, but displayed the courage and skill of a "PEANUT" leaguer. He never let us down, and so he was crowned our spark plug. Avery is such a joy to have around. He has mastered the art of hitting, and it really smacking the ball! When I asked how started getting consistant basehits, he looked at me and said matter of factly, "I moved up in the batters box!" Talk about a kid who knows his game. Avery smacks the ball the the right side almost every single game. He's such a great kid with! Avery, you're a superstar.

Peyton played last year and has grown by leaps and bounds. The first few games were a tad frustrating for him, but Peyton came alive, and now he CAN'T BE STOPPED! I love that...when a player pushes through a small hurdle and comes out on top and far superior than they could have ever imagined. Peyton got a GRAND SLAM! Talk about a confidence booster. He hasn't looked back ever since. I'm almost certain he's batting near 1000, and SMACKS the ball everytime. He does an outstanding job at fielding tough plays too. Peyton bring a lot of charisma to the team. His fun loving attitude and giggle is contagious!

Talk about on fire! Dakota is a superstar! Dakota can't be stopped. He is all boy out on the field and ready to get the job done. His face says it all. During our last game, Dakota played the game of his life, getting many basehits and his long awaited HOMERUN! He nearly took a kid out at home plate with his heads up defense. He came to win! AND...he did...we did too... Thank you to all our superstars and coaches for a great night of ball!

Hi Team! Just want to update you on the past several games. Game 4 MVP went to Joseph (check out his picture in the album). Coach Vince said that Joseph played hard and kept his head in the game THE ENTIRE GAME! Joseph is one of our new players, and another that I'm SO impressed with. I love to call him our little POWER PLUG! He's got SO much strength and talent. I have noticed that Joseph is smacking the ball, and has the swing of a pro. His defensive skills are great and I love to watch him play catcher. Look out...Joseph will dominate this league soon!
Game 5 MVP went to Gabriel! Gabriel is an allstar! This is Gabriel's 3rd year and Delta and he's determined to go out with a bang! I have watched Gabriel grow over the past few years and it has been very rewarding. He's gone from a teeny tiny young boy to an impressive power house. Gabriel is amazing out on the field, and takes this game quite seriously. Coach Vince picked him as Game 4 MVP for his passion! Watch Gabriel, I know he's going to get a homerun this year.
Game 6 MVP goes to Alex! Don't let the size or age fool you. Alex can play some baseball! He's got the glove of a much older kid. His skills are impressive. He's a true athlete! He's already hit 3 triples, and MANY solid basehits. Coach Vince picked him as MVP during our last game because Alex made an amazing catch at short stop, a pop-fly at that. Talk about eye hand coordination...it's NOT an easy thing to do at this age. Way to go Alex!
WE DID IT! Wow, we won our last game, and it sure felt great! I was SO proud of all of our boys. The continue to stay plugged in the entire game. I LOVE when they take a knee. We couldn't do this without our wonderful and amazing coaches: VINCE, TERRY, MANUEL, and our STEP UP COACH AND SCORE-KEEPER (LOGAN'S DAD). Thank you to our team Mom, Kim for supporting us parents, especially our boys during the game. We couldn't do it without you guys!

I was pretty pumped up following Saturdays game. Okay, we didn't win, BUT, it feels like we did. Our boys played the most amazing game! For starters, the Astros were stacked. Talk about power hitters. That didn't stop us however, because the GIANTS showed up to play some ball. I was literally blown away at our sheer determination to stick it out until the end. Our boys had their head in the game the ENTIRE GAME! Our bats were on fire with a total of 21 runs scored! There were plays made on defense that were SO impressive and took great skill! To think about where we started just several weeks back and where we are today, WOW, we've come along way, baby. I am SO proud of our amazing coaches. You all pour your heart into these boys and this game. We see the love ;o). Did I mention we have great parents too! And...on to our MVP. I absolutely adore this kid...CAMERON manages to pull off a hit nearly everytime he gets up, and if you notice, it's always after two strikes (talk about scary). BUT, that shows, that he can pull it off, even under pressure! CAMERON made some great plays in the outfield too by keeping the ball in front of him at all times. WAY TO GO CAMERON! YOU ARE A TRUE SUPERSTAR!

Talk about impressive! JUSTIN is a little powerhouse! Our coaches are blown away by his skill level, and STRENGTH. JUSTIN is great at smacking the ball. In game two Justin got a 3 man HOMER! If you don't know it already, a homerun your first year as a new player is very RARE...I can't say we've ever seen it. JUSTIN is doing a great job running, and catching too. We're SO excited to have JUSTIN join our team. He's truly a great addition to the GIANTS! WAY TO GO JUSTIN!

Our first game was so much fun, yet bitter sweet! Our boys started off with strong bats, and scored 8 runs in one inning alone. I'd say that's pretty impressive for our first time up! We had a tough time of it shortly after that, BUT THAT'S OKAY! The Giants worked very hard at their final at bat, and tied the game. In the end, we lost by 2. The coaches honored RYAN as our FIRST MVP. Coach Vince said that RYAN played with determination AND remained FOCUSED throughout the entire game. RYAN got numermous basehits, and if you haven't noticed, watch him go! He's fast! I hear that RYAN really loves baseball and was SO excited about the game that he wanted to wear his uniform hours before the game started. His excitement, sheer determination and love for the game really shines through, and is very impressive for somemone his age. WAY TO GO RYAN!

1. Games: Please arrive 30 Minutes prior to the start of the game. This is critical and allows time for the boys to warm up. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT, PLEASE CALL ONE OF OUR COACHES.
2. Practice: We will have practice over the next couple of months. Please refer to your calendar for dates and times.
3. Snacks: Please find your child's name on the game calendar.
4. Player of the Game: Each child will get the opportunity to be honored as "Player of the Game." This is very special, so we ask that players and family members stick around until the child is honored.
