Dear Prospective Sponsor: At Wade Hampton Little League (WHLL) we provide a fun, safe and healthy sporting atmosphere for all children. WHLL recognizes that children are different, be it physical, social or psychological. Therefore, WHLL is committed to meet the needs of all children in our community. For those children who are primarily interested in fun, fitness and friendship, WHLL provides healthy activities that focus on fun and development and not on winning at all costs. Every child is guaranteed to play and is taught in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. WHLL is a dynamic body of tireless volunteers and administrators, donating time and energy in order to make athletics available to all children who want to play. WHLL is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development through sports. As a non-profit organization, we obtain the funds for our operation costs from several sources. These sources include but are not limited to: Fund Raisers, Registration Fees, and most importantly Sponsors. Funds from these sources cover costs such as uniforms, equipment, trophies, award banquets, field fees and publications. We are able to hold down player costs with the generous help of our community through sponsors like you. At this time we are soliciting the financial support, for our baseball and softball program, from businesses, such as the one you represent, who are willing to make a donation. Any donation is appreciated and every Sponsor will be recognized through our publications and at our awards banquets, throughout the baseball season. Please remember that each donation is tax deductible and you can obtain our EIN upon request.
