We also wanted to apply some new principles we had studied and applied for improvements learned from the 2008 season.

He ask that all athletes bring their ropes, running shoes (flats), and if the athlete wanted; they could bring their tracks spikes. 

Coach Griffin encourages all parents to try some of the new techniques, and considered purchasing their own Jump Soles (9 years old and up) for the 2009 season.
