They must prepare themselves for intense competitive running and sprinting. The athletes must perform their personal preference warm, stretch and prep drills.  The athletes can engage into field events.  Exactly 30 minutes after the start of the practice: The athletes will be separated into race specific groups for challenging the next high performance group.
