REGISTRATION FOR SPRING 2019

4 Divisions

 
 

 1.  Major DivisionExperienced 7th Grade & 8th-10th Grades

   
   

  •  Plays full ASA Rules

  • 43 ft pitching distance

2.  Pony Division: 5th-6th Grades & Beginner 7th Grade

  • Plays modified ASA Rules

  • 40ft pitching distance

3.  Rookie Division: 3rd-4th Grades-(2nd Grade Experienced Goals Future Stars-must be evaluated)

  •  Plays modified ASA Rules

  • 36 ft pitching distance

  • Coach/Player Pitched

  • 11 inch Official Softball

  • Aluminum Bats Only

4.  Future Stars Division:  K-2nd Grades

  • Instructional format

  • 1 hour Clinic followed by

  • 45 min-1 hr modified Game

  • All fast-pitch skills taught including fielding, hitting, base running, sliding, game rules etc.

  • Fun Learning atmosphere

  • Saturday Mornings Only

 2019 Fees

Rookie, Pony and Major Division

$220.00-Returning Members

$260.00- New Members (Price includes the Mandatory League Helmet=$40.00) 

Plus a $100.00 Refundable Complex Maintenance Fee 

Members Registration Package Includes: 

  • Complete uniform package (Shirt, Pant, Socks)

  • Practice T-Shirt

  • Winter Clinics and Pitching/Catching Spring Classes

  • Insurance

  • **New Members Also Receive Goals Batting Helmet

 

All registration fees directly pay for the costs of the games andteams and provide each player with the above package.  Costs includeumpires, team equipment, field equipment, team practices, indoor practices and game day equipment.

     

    (Note On Field Maintenace Fee: HBQVB/Padavan-Preller Complex relies on the Complex Maintenance Fee to maintain and upgrade its facilities at Padavan Preller Field. Without this support and assistance from the parents/families involved, the organization would not be able to raise the funds to sustain the organization, maintain our 14 acre sports complex or continue to provide the programs and services we do to the community and its children. HBQVB requires an $100.00 field service fee per family at the time of registration. 

    **There will no longer be work detail requirements. You will now have the opportunity to sell $100 in raffles to receive your $100 service fee back. As we have learned, some families would rather pay for the field fee as opposed to do the work details, if this is the case for you, simply do not sell the raffles. Each family will receive more information by e-mail about the raffles program. We try to make it fun and easy to complete. Thank you in advance for keeping this the best youth sports program in the area!  )

     

    Future Stars Instructional Division

    $145.00-Returning and New Members

    Registrations will be taken at Padavan-Preller Complex Office on Some Sat's after Jan 1st between 10-1pm.
