Grand Mesa Little League: Spring Divisions
PeeWee T-BallDivision for 4-year olds ONLY. They have one scheduled practice a week and one scheduled game a week.
T-Ball
T-Ball is offered for boys and girls age 5 to 7. 5 & 6 year olds must play t-ball unless they have completed one spring t-ball season and then they may move up to the coach pitch division if desired.
Coach Pitch
For boys age 6 - 8. 6 year olds must have completed a spring season of t-ball in order to play coachpitch. Ball is pitched using a machine.
Minor Boys "B"
Minor boys is for boys age 8 - 11.
Minor Boys "A"
For boys age 9-11.
Major Boys
For boys 9 - 12 years old. Must try-out and be chosen to play on majors team. 12 year olds must play majors.
Junior Boys
For boys age 13 & 14.
Senior Boys
For boys age 15 & 16.
T-Ball Girls
For girls age 5 to 8. Gives the girls the opportunity to learn softball specific skills while competing against girls. They use an 11" safety softball and still hit off of the Tee.
Minor Girls
For girls age 7 - 11.
Major Girls
For girls 9 - 12. Must try-out and be chosen to play on a majors team. All 12 year olds must play majors.
Senior Girls
For girls age 13, 14, 15 & 16. They use a 12" softball.
