The City of Glendale Parks and Recreation department would like to remind everyone that are participating in our adult softball leagues that this is still a game. People and players have other things in life that are more important than this game. That being said, SAFETY is first and foremost, close plays at the plate and other bases please try your best to slide to avoid major injury to either player. This isn't the MLB there is no need to run the catcher over for any reason. No one is being paid except for the umps and field crew.
