Roughrider Stadium at Volunteer Park received it's name because of the generous volunteers who helped build and fund the field; as well as the numerous volunteers who maintain the field year in and year out. Roughrider Stadium features a beautiful playing field including: grandstand seating, a new giant inning by inning scoreboard, state of the art lighting, home/visitor cages and bullpens, concession stand, pressbox, team clubhouse, and a soon to be built 60x120 ft indoor hitting/pitching facility. All of these qualities make it one of the top fields in Wyoming and surrounding areas. The yard measures 320ft down the left and right field lines, 379ft to the left-center gap, 376ft to the right-center gap, and 400ft to straight away centerfield.
NEW FOR 2010- New and exciting things are happening at Roughrider Stadium. There will be new seating in 2010 and it will be like seating in no other ballpark. The old Riders bus will be turned into a shirt-shack and seating will be built up on top of bus. The bus is parked behind the Riders home dugout and will offer seating from above!
