: League News: Want to help out??? We could use you.

Want to help make Golden Eagle Baseball even better than it already is? Volunteer to become a Board Member. 

If you are at all interested in becoming a board member, please join us at our next Board meeting. No pressure, if you like what you see and want to join, great!!!! If not, we certainly understand. If you don't want to "commit" to being a Board member, ask what you can do to help. We are rolling into the off season, so check the events calendar for next meeting date and time.

We will be voting for new Board Members soon. You don't have to be an "expert" at baseball to be on the board. There are actually quite a few positions that don't even deal with the game side, such as snack bar coordinator, team parent coordinator, sponsorship coordinator, etc.

We are here to make this game fun for kids of all skill sets. It takes a lot of work to make that happen, and that is why we need your help. Remember, this league, and most of the others around here are run by volunteers. Without volunteers, this league would not exist. We have over 300 kids in our league, but less than 20 Board members. Please pitch in and help us make this a fun league for your kids.
