Welcome to the GCBA house league website.
This site provides information for players, coaches, parents and volunteers for the 2007-08 season. Please take a minute and sign our guestbook with your comments.

Jewellry Reminder
Players at all levels are reminded that jewellry of any kind (aside
from medic alert bracelets) CANNOT be worn while on the floor - taping
will NOT be allowed. Parents and players are asked to respect this
safety issue which will be enforced by all convenors, coaches and
referees.
Girls Division Conventions
Coaches and convenors are reminded to refresh their knowledge of the conventions used for:
1) equal play,
2) overtime in house league, and
3) tie breaker formats.
Please check the handout attached for the first 2 items and the separate handout for Basketball Ontario's tie breaker format which, in most cases, can be used.

Jersey Deposit Info
A refundable jersey deposit of $25 is required for all players.
Deposits must be made with postdated cheques only - dated March 1/08 - payable to GCBA - please write the player's name on the face of the cheque.
Jersey deposits will be collected by the house league coaches at the first practice.
REMEMBER - NO JERSEY...NO PLAY!!
Special Reminder
If a player chooses to wear a t-shirt under his/her game jersey, it MUST match the jersey colour. i.e. white under white and GCBA green under green. A limited number of GCBA green and white t-shirts (& other clothing) will be available for purchase from convenors at game sites.
