REGISTER AT:  Madeira Beach Rec Center  200 REX PLACE  MADEIRA BEACH, FL. 33708

SATURDAYS:         8/29 & 9/5     12-2pm

WEDNESDAYS:       9/2   & 9/9      6-8pm

FEE IS $50 PER CHILD FOR ALL AGES

SEASON RUNS FROM SEPTEMBER-NOVEMBER  ( No weekend games)

At least 1 parent or guardian must be present with *3 proofs of residency (ie. : Driver Lic., Voter ID, Utility Bill, Lease Agreement or Homestead Exemption) and and original (or state certified copy) of the child's Birth Certificate. (If a child played at Gulf Beaches in spring'09 residency proofs are necessary only if address has changed.)
