Gary Youth Baseball: Sponsors
| In addition to providing pavilion rentals, the Gary Parks & Recreation Department provides year-round activities for mature residents (lunch programs, bingo, crochet, quilting, sewing) and children (after-school, summer recreation/lunch programs). The children participate in arts and crafts, organized sports, field trips, swimming, and board games. |
| Cooperative efforts between the City of Gary, U. S. Steel Foundation, and the Gary SouthShore RailCats have resulted in the creation of the Home Field Advantage Foundation. The mission of the Home Field Advantage Foundation is to enhance the growth of youth baseball and softball within the City of Gary by funding programs, fields, and equipment needs. |
